I had a fantastic experience with the dental team—especially Dr. Kao, Dr. Dyke, and Dr. Patel. Dr. Kao and Dr. Dyke handled my treatment, and I couldn’t have been in better hands. They were both incredibly knowledgeable, explained every step of the process clearly, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Their teamwork and attention to detail really showed, and the results speak for themselves—I’m beyond happy with the outcome. Before the treatment, I had a cleaning done by Dr. Patel, and she was excellent. Gentle, thorough, and very attentive. I recently had dental treatment at this office, and I have to say—Manager LeeAnn, Healthcare Coordinator Alexis, and Dr. Kao made it an outstanding experience from start to finish. LeeAnn, the office manager, is incredibly organized and welcoming. She made scheduling and insurance paperwork a breeze, and you can tell she genuinely cares about making things as smooth as possible for patients. Alexis, the healthcare coordinator, went above and beyond to explain my treatment plan, break down costs clearly, and coordinate everything without me having to worry about a thing. Her communication was prompt and professional, and she always made time to answer my questions. And Dr. Kao—what an amazing dentist. He was gentle, patient, and highly skilled. He explained each step of the procedure, made sure I was comfortable, and delivered results that exceeded my expectations. I’ve always been a bit anxious about dental visits, but Dr. Kao’s calm demeanor and precision put me completely at ease.
