LeeAnn, the office manager, is incredibly organized and welcoming. She made scheduling and insurance paperwork a breeze, and you can tell she genuinely cares about making things as smooth as possible for patients. Alexis, the healthcare coordinator, went above and beyond to explain my treatment plan, break down costs clearly, and coordinate everything without me having to worry about a thing. Her communication was prompt and professional, and she always made time to answer my questions. And Dr. Kao—what an amazing dentist. He was gentle, patient, and highly skilled.
